which has the same name. When To Visit There is no period of the year in which Nosy Be cannot offer you something unique. The monsoon months are February and March, and during this period the atmospheric conditions are not conducive to underwater activities. Based on your holiday requirements we would be happy to advise you on the best period to visit. Both above and below the sea there is no recommended “peak season” every minute in this corner of paradise is a dream come true. Temperatures reach a peak in December, while the minimum is in August of approx 22 °C. The ocean during the year does not register strong climatic changes allowing the use of a 3 mm diving suit all year long. During the coldest period a 5 mm diving suit is more than sufficient.
